Chief Analytics Strategist

Overview:

This role oversees the design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions across the value chain.

The leader partners with innovation ecosystems to identify and apply disruptive technologies that enable measurable transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital acceleration roadmaps focused on automation and AI
  • Identify use cases for generative AI, intelligent automation, simulation, and digital twins
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop scalable digital solutions
  • Drive experimentation and innovation, ensuring feasibility and user adoption
  • Establish metrics to measure the impact of digital interventions on cycle times and quality
  • Oversee partnerships with vendors, academic collaborators, and industry consortia
  • Build internal capabilities and talent pipelines for digital functions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • 15+ years of experience in digital leadership or advanced analytics roles within life sciences
  • Deep knowledge of life sciences and experience applying AI/ML in scientific domains
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-enabled tools in regulated environments
  • Strong collaboration and change leadership skills
  • Expertise in digital product lifecycle, from experimentation to scale
