Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects, providing administrative support to project directors/managers and project personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Calendars: Maintain project director/manager and project calendars and appointments.
  • Scheduling: Schedule project reporting, compilation of client, division, and project reporting requirements.
  • Correspondence: Project correspondence record keeping, distribution, tracking, and maintenance.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings including compiling agendas, documentation, minute taking, and ensuring action items are monitored and timely closed out.
  • Onboarding: Onboard personnel including travel, inductions, medicals, IT support, and training.
  • Travel Arrangements: Travel arrangements and expense reconciliation for project personnel.
  • Function Organisation: Organize and coordinate functions including team building events, end of year functions, client/JV dinners, etc.
  • Drafting Communications: Draft communications on behalf of project director/manager or their direct reports.
  • Project Merchandise: Coordinate, design, and purchase of project merchandise and memorabilia.
