
Administrative Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Health Bookings Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient progression of candidates through our medicals and psychology components.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise directly with Defence Force applicants to provide a premium candidate experience.
- Assist in booking appointments and managing candidate records.
- Monitor and quality check availability configuration for future appointments.
- Meet KPIs including client wait time and reporting requirements.
- Log all calls and monitor phone queues and emails.
- Data inputting and validation.
- General administration duties.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong phone manner.
- A professional work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- A willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- An AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory.
