Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the delivery of work plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, developing effective communications, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities to align with overall business objectives
  • Develop culturally sensitive communications and manage stakeholder relationships on behalf of leaders
  • On-board new starters, maintain field leadership database, and process purchase requisitions
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and presentation development as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transport bookings for staff, contractors, consultants, and visitors
  • Maintain accurate travel records, event management, and catering orders for meetings and functions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administration processes and procedures
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and order PPE as necessary
  • Format documents and reports, act as facilities liaison, and perform other duties as directed by the line manager

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail
  • Flexibility within a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
