As a Water Treatment Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our water and wastewater systems. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that makes a real difference in the lives of people.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our Wastewater team at Canning Vale. As part of this role, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining reticulated water and wastewater systems. You will work closely with the district civil team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our systems.

">Main Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Participate in job planning, meetings, and workplace inspections to ensure a safe working environment.">
  • Demonstrate leadership by ensuring all work is undertaken with safety as the first priority.">
  • Operate, maintain, monitor, and repair water, wastewater assets, operational sites, and public facilities as required.">
  • Participate in overtime and rosters as required.">

  • ">
  • Certificate III National Water Package or willingness to work towards.">
  • Able to work in a wastewater environment (sewage) – relevant vaccinations required.">
  • Experience with SAP operating system.">
  • Western Australian MR or higher Class Drivers Licence.">
  • Current Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets.">
  • Experience in water supply and wastewater systems.">
  • Ability to work a rotating roster.">
