Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Vendor HRIS Coordinator.

  • This position involves processing transactional CWF/Vendor data requests in a timely manner.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain data integrity across various systems, including Lighthouse and SuccessFactors.
  • Responsibilities also include managing and monitoring data integrations from Lighthouse to SuccessFactors.
  • Maintaining line leader changes efficiently is another key aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will create and maintain positions for CWF/Vendor workforce.
  • Accurate data verification and maintenance are essential tasks.
  • This position requires participation in system enhancements and upgrades, leveraging HR master data experience.
  • Preparing various reports and supporting audit requests are also integral parts of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will assist with UAT and test scripts for system upgrades.
  • Data confidentiality and access restrictions must be ensured by the Vendor HRIS Coordinator.
  • This position requires alignment of HRIS processes with industry best practices.
  • The candidate should be able to identify solutions for CWF/Vendor master data queries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Vendor onboarding administration processes, knowledge of company policies and procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with SuccessFactors (SAP), and technical knowledge of SuccessFactors.
