Leadership Position

This role is responsible for delivering business outcomes through high-quality standards of care to young people.

  • Owning stakeholder analysis and management.
  • Driving service innovation and optimising capacity.
  • Leading client delivery and community relationships.
  • Establishing psychological safety.
  • Unifying strategy and operations, driving agility.

This position requires strong leadership capability, supporting young people by leading local operations. You will need to demonstrate in-depth understanding of quality systems in a residential youth service, gained through significant experience.

A tertiary qualification in Youth Work or related field is required, as well as a relevant management qualification of at least Cert IV in Business Management or equivalent experience engaging in company leadership development/training.
