Site Management Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient use of resources.

About the Role:
  • Manage and coordinate work schedules and rosters for employees working on-site
  • Maintain accurate records of operational and personnel-related activities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to increase productivity
  • Provide exceptional communication and customer service to employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees
Requirements:
  • 4 years experience in a similar role within surface or underground mining
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Able to work independently with shifting priorities
