About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Trainer/Facilitator to join our team on the Eastern Freeway Burke to Tram Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery, and review of our compliance training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging microlearning modules to translate EBTA procedures into easily understandable content.
  • Organize and facilitate regular Project Inductions, ensuring alignment with project and legislative requirements.
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs, including Wellbeing and Safety Culture Programs, Management System and Risk Management Training, and site-specific training requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Training Advisor to ensure internal programs align with TNA compliance.
  • Support the facilitation of training sessions in EBTA's immersive training room.
  • Develop a quarterly training schedule.
  • Assist in delivering emergency management and system process training.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in a training role, with a strong track record in developing and delivering training material.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage training programs effectively.
  • Formal qualifications in Training and Assessment (TAE) are required.
  • Additional qualifications, such as Work at Heights and Confined Spaces and high-risk competencies, are desirable.
