Job Description

Job Title: Student Support Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic trainer to provide dedicated on-campus student support in the form of supervised and guided self-access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support academic management with a range of administrative tasks such as marking, student completions, assessment moderation, student progress meetings, and faculty support.
  • Provide leadership and demonstration of our core values and missions within our wider community.
  • Operate on campus, :pm-:pm Monday – Thursday.
  • Support the delivery of qualifications such as Certificate II Workplace Skills, Certificate III/IV Business, and Diploma of Project Management.

Requirements:

  • Experience and currency in one or more of the qualifications listed above.
  • A relevant Certificate, Degree or Diploma.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE or higher.
  • Sensitivity to cultural and language issues facing our overseas students.
