Job Title:

Servicing Excellence Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Servicing Excellence Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing face-to-face customer service and phone support
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client bookings
  • Managing payments and invoicing processes
  • Entering data accurately and efficiently
  • Updating and maintaining client databases
  • Supporting clinical consultants and preparing documentation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with EFTPOS and HICAPS systems
  • Ability to claim Medicare and NDIA payments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

A Certificate III in Business or Office Administration would be advantageous, along with 2 years of experience in a similar role within the medical/health sector.
