Property Service Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Property Service Specialist to join our team. As a Property Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their properties are well maintained.

  • Travel through Mermaid Beach and surrounding suburbs to conduct inspections of rental properties.
  • Collate clear and coherent reports based on inspection findings.
  • Meet volume KPI's of 15 inspections per day.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your own day to drive efficiency. You will also have the chance to learn and grow with our team, and contribute to our mission of delivering excellent service to our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an unrestricted driver's license and a reliable vehicle. You will also need to be willing to learn and respond to feedback. Key Responsibilities:
