Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have experience managing project schedules, overseeing risks and issues, and coordinating service delivery.

  • Achieving successful project outcomes through effective risk management and issue resolution.
  • Managing financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting for projects.
  • Ensuring the delivery of services across multiple disciplines.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring appropriate resourcing and funding is available for transition and operation. You will need to comply with health and safety policies and procedures, taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project timelines to ensure scope alignment with project plans.
  • Manage project dependencies, changes, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate project procurements, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and communication throughout the project cycle.
