The Role: Project Coordinator
As our next Project Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of our project teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to final delivery. You'll support Project Managers, liaise with stakeholders, and help keep schedules, costs, and quality under control.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of construction projects
- Managing project documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Assisting with project scheduling, progress tracking, and budgeting
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supporting tendering and contract administration processes
- Attending site meetings and assisting with on-site coordination
- Helping to resolve challenges quickly and collaboratively
- 4 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry
- A solid understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)
- A relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field is desirable
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great work
