Job Opportunity: Workforce Planning Operations Supervisor

An exciting role exists to lead a team in preplanning processes for airports across Australia.

You will be responsible for coordinating responses to disruptions affecting airport operations, formulating resolutions to resourcing challenges, and escalating issues associated with current day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage large teams and their performance
  • Engage with key stakeholders on operational matters
  • Identify and address issues associated with current day operations
  • Make sound resource decisions leading up to and including day of operations
Requirements:
  • Strong background in workforce planning, including day of operations pre-planning and allocating
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams and their performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid experience working in an operational environment, with experience in disruption management
