This role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, negotiation skills, coaching teams, and managing key areas such as supplier management, turnaround performance, compliance, delay handling, and customer service recovery.

  • Leadership experience in airport operations.
  • Front-line team management exposure.
  • Customer, commercial, and financial acumen.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Experience in operational efficiencies.
  • Strong consultation and communication skills.

  • Minimum 5 years in airport operations or related environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
  • Ability to handle difficult messages, conflicts, and enforce policies fairly.
