Airport Operations Manager Position


This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our leadership team at Sydney Airport. As a key member of the airport operations team, you will be responsible for leading the management of domestic and international airport operations, with a focus on improving efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.


The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in operational efficiencies, team performance management, and strategic thinking. A minimum of 5 years' experience in airport operations or a related environment is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.


In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate agreements, manage key areas such as supplier management, turnaround performance, compliance, delay handling, and customer service recovery. Effective communication of critical information internally and externally is essential for success in this position.
