About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to lead our People and Culture strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering people and training strategies that drive business performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities, co-designing solutions that drive performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Lead the development of our organisational design, workforce strategy, and leadership capability to enable enterprise goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR delivery, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, succession, and compliance.
  • Drive the Learning & Development agenda and elevate leadership capability across the organisation, embedding coaching and growth mindsets.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, leading enterprise programs such as Indigenous participation, gender equity, and veteran employment.

You will have a proven track record in delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes. Your expertise includes:
