About the Role
This role supports the Executive Director, Community and Oral Health Service in shaping the people and culture strategic direction, exercising the highest level of business and industrial/political acumen as a trusted advisor. Working in a large, complex and evolving health care environment, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across the health services, and collaboratively across the broader health service, including leading strategic workforce planning and driving the future workforce-focussed leadership and capability agenda.
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director Human Resources, Metro South Health and in partnership with other facility HR Directors within the health service.
- Lead and deliver strategic human resource initiatives to enhance organisational performance and to maximise the leadership, design and capability of the multidisciplinary workforce within the Hospital.
