Job Overview

This position plays a vital role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance employee wellbeing, performance management, and workplace health and safety.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders, as well as the ability to develop effective working relationships across all venues and in the office.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategic direction of the HR strategy across the group.

You will work closely with our General Manager and company directors on matters such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and development programs.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar HR management role, preferably within the hospitality industry;
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources;
  • Extensive knowledge of ER/IR, relevant employment legislation, and Award interpretation;
  • Demonstrated experience using various HRIS, with experience using FoundU highly regarded;
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders;
  • A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills, strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and focus on developing effective working relationships;
  • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail;
  • Initiative and passion for the hospitality industry.
