Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to assume a key leadership role within our organisation. This position will provide strategic direction and support to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement a workforce engagement strategy that aligns with our organisational mission, brand aspirations, and modern workforce needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of HR operational support and projects across all facets of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, performance reviews, remuneration, and benefits.
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on complex HR matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Engage with external industry organisations to drive business outcomes.
  • Drive employee recognition and performance.
  • Support ER/IR matters and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Create learning and development programs to provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Develop and foster key stakeholder relationships with clients, labour hire providers, and offshore agents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a senior HR/P&C role with strong experience in ER/IR in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment legislation framework.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Writing and mathematical/analytical principles.
