To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years' experience in public liability insurance claims work;
  • Experience in managing historical abuse matters for insurers or an interest in doing so;
  • A proven track record of efficiently managing disclosure tasks;
  • Excellent client service skills;
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience in managing a portfolio of claims;
  • A collaborative mindset;
