We are seeking a professional with expertise in financial hardship and collections to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating complex financial situations with empathy and intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be able to manage their time effectively, assess financial positions, negotiate payments, and work towards restoring account holders to regular paying status.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Navigating financial hardship claims with emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Assessing the account holder's financial position
  • Negotiation of payments
  • Working towards having the account holder back into regular paying status
  • Reviewing supporting documentation to make informed decisions
