About the Role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Information Systems Change and Adoption Specialist to join our team. The role will coordinate and oversee clinical information systems change and adoption activities, acting as a key liaison between clinical staff, Digital Health, Clinical Applications and Healthscope IT teams.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing internal capability and user competency with respect to clinical information systems, ensuring seamless adoption and utilisation across the organisation.



Key Responsibilities


The Clinical Information Systems Change and Adoption Specialist will:



  • Evaluate and implement clinical information systems change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical staff, Digital Health, Clinical Applications and Healthscope IT teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise clinical information systems change and adoption needs;
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance user competency and confidence in using clinical information systems;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical information systems change and adoption initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team and across the organisation.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:


Experience



  • A minimum of [insert number] years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry;
  • Proven experience in coordinating and overseeing clinical information systems change and adoption initiatives;
  • Strong knowledge of clinical applications and change management principles and methodologies;
  • Experience working with various technology platforms, including Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Electronic Medication Management Systems.

Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated to be around $AUD 120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits. We offer a comprehensive remuneration package that includes [insert benefits].
