About Our Client:


Persolkelly has partnered with 3M - KCI MEDICAL to seek a clinical support specialist for a full-time fully remote position.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide clinical support to health information systems team.
  • Collaborate with senior clinical support consultant to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of ICD-10-AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper.
  • Design processes in line with software functionality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:



  • Graduate - Medical Records Administrator / Degree in Health Information Management.
  • Significant and recent experience working with ICD-10-AM (including 12th Edition) and the AR-DRG Grouper.
  • Strong understanding of electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment would be viewed favorably.
  • Open to travel as and when required.

Desirable Skills:



  • At least 10 years of practical experience in coding/audit and grouping patient records as an MRA in the hospital system.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Basic PC Computer Skills.
  • Ability to analyze information systematically.
  • High level of written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Work long periods unsupervised.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills via telephone and e-mail.
