An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Consultant to join our high-performing team in Sydney or Brisbane.

In this role as Clinical Lead, you will be part of the Applications Team that implements solutions and delivers clinical consulting projects for healthcare customers.

You will work closely with clients to develop new solutions and consulting methods to contribute to successful project outcomes.

Job Description

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

As a Clinical Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions.

You will serve in a consultative role with customers throughout sales, implementation, and adoption to provide a smooth, effective, and successful implementation of Philips solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions
  • Serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption
  • Support and advise the salesforce during customer acquisition
  • Advise solution architects during solution design and/or scoping in the sales phase
  • Deliver clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips product or solution
  • Participate in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality)
  • Configure or manage the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate clinical and/or operational workflow in the customer's environment
  • Conduct workflow analysis and consult on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions
  • Guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions
  • Capture and communicate the requirements for new functionality or solutions based on customer feedback

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Clinical experience within Radiography and comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information Systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong track record of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Radiology Workflow, Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS) Vendor Neutral Archiving (VNA);
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills and effectively problem solving and design solution
