Learning Solutions Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital learning solutions team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that align with organisational changes through agile, project-based learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assess and scope training needs to support change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver responsive, high-quality learning solutions on time.
  • Develop engaging digital assets – video, interactive modules, and micro-learning.
