We are seeking a skilled Workplace Training Specialist to create engaging training programs that align with our organisational goals.

We are looking for someone who can identify and address knowledge gaps within the business, facilitate content in an impactful manner, and manage stakeholders effectively.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development roles, including stakeholder needs analysis and developing training outcomes
  • Experience in creating a wide range of training assets, such as Train the Trainer guides, training packs, Work Instructions, eLearning modules, and videos
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging virtual training sessions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Strong project management and governance skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments with critical deadlines
