Working in a dynamic healthcare logistics environment, you will be the link between medical equipment suppliers and hospitals. This critical role involves coordinating the return of medical equipment to ensure its efficient processing and availability for future patients.

You will work closely with hospital staff to streamline returns processes, coordinate with customers, drivers, and healthcare facilities for efficient collection, navigate complex hospital environments to ensure prompt equipment retrieval, and maintain accurate records in our logistics systems.

Your responsibilities will include problem-solving collection challenges, escalating issues when necessary, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
