
Strategic Customer Experience Manager

This is a vital leadership position where you will spearhead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and drive high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to translate customer priorities into business plans, and align capabilities to deliver complex solutions with continually high levels of customer service.
- Proactively handle daily operations to ensure delivered performance and services meet customer needs.
- Facilitate problem-solving meetings between internal client engineers and the client.
- Consult with clients on challenges with their systems to deliver operational improvements and a tailored customer experience.
- Lead and mentor directly and indirectly client delivery personnel, including engineers, project managers, and account managers.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Client Services Management for Network and Cyber Security (NOC and SOC).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services.
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and build relationships across the customer and management team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
