Customer Care Specialist Role

Job Summary:

A leading healthcare provider seeks skilled professionals to join their contact centre team in Adelaide. As a customer care specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls for promotional campaigns and handling inbound calls from clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Booking and managing clinic appointments using CRM systems and internal software platforms
  • Following up on leads and rebooking lapsed clients to ensure seamless service continuity

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a contact centre environment, preferably in the healthcare or telecommunications sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapted to diverse client needs and preferences
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in CRM platforms
