Job Description

To lead and manage a broad cross-functional team to identify untapped household deposit opportunities in NAB's back book, working closely with data and analytics teams, marketing, distribution, and product.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Defining the strategy and roadmap to realise untapped household deposit opportunities.
  2. Set up and lead a cross-functional squad to systematically identify untapped household deposit opportunities.
  3. Work across the value chain (distribution, marketing, data, change, product, and pricing) define the strategy, roadmap, and dependencies for realising these household deposit opportunities.
  4. In conjunction with distribution and the Domains, deliver the untapped opportunities and associated performance reporting.
  5. Drive a customer-obsessed culture, creating deposit propositions for target segments that delight customers.
  6. Prioritise scope items for delivery in the roadmap.
  7. Define success measures and report on performance.
  8. Coach, develop, and mentor members of your team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

10+ years' experience within Banking/Financial and/or Wealth services, with a focus on deposits and everyday banking, strategic planning, and execution. Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation. Business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification is preferred. Analytics/Data Science background will be highly regarded.
