This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Deposit Strategist. As a key member of our Deposits, Pricing and Governance Crew, you will play a critical role in developing and executing major initiatives to meet our business priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, understand and manage risks across the business ensuring they are captured
  • Develop, implement and embed strategies for driving sustainable growth of Deposits portfolio (incl Safe Custody)
  • Understand dynamics of the Safe Custody portfolio, including key drivers, trends and leading indicators, and ideate plans to adapt to changing conditions and opportunities
  • Understand and listen to the voice of the customer, be across and predict industry trends to identify customer improvements to support our customers meet their goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience managing banking products
  • Commercial acumen, balanced by a desire to achieve optimal customer outcomes
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Curious mindset
  • Proven track record of strong performance delivery
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
