Product Manager - Deposit Products

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Deposit product portfolio.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven decision making and identifying opportunities for improvement in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Product Strategies: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and meet customer needs.

  • Customer Obsession: Develop deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform product decisions.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on product initiatives.

  • Leadership and Development: Lead high-performing product managers and provide guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements:

  • 7+ Years of Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the deposit products space.

  • People Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage multiple priorities.

  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business growth.

  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
