Job Overview

Pricing managers have a significant impact on the business's financial decisions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Wealth and Personal Banking Product team as a Pricing Manager. This role will support the Lending and Deposit Product teams with operational, analytical, and strategic pricing initiatives.

The Pricing Manager will be responsible for maintaining discretionary pricing frameworks and operations for Deposits products, supporting the Deposit Product team with trusted advice on pricing optimisation, and implementing reporting and engagement rhythms to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing models and frameworks.
  • Provide expert advice on pricing strategies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective reporting and engagement rhythms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in pricing, margin trade-offs, and pricing models.
  • Strong understanding of lending and deposits portfolio drivers and levers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
