
Drive Business Growth as a Product Manager

This is a pivotal role in driving the growth of and managing product portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:- Take ownership of product assortment management, launch sizing, forecasting and product lifecycle management.
- Understand and analyse market context and trends, consumer insights and competitive landscapes to identify portfolio growth opportunities.
- Campaign marketing strategy development, implementation, and execution management, with a strong focus on excellence.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, including sales, pricing, profitability, market share, rankings, and campaign effectiveness.
- Previous experience with Product & portfolio management including forecasting and launch sizing, ideally in the Beauty industry or similar FMCG environment.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop long term product strategies leveraging consumer & market insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
