We are seeking a seasoned Product Innovation Manager to drive growth and innovation for our 4X4 & Cooper segment in Asia-Pacific.
- The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to support portfolio goals, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
In this critical role, you will:
Primary Responsibilities- Define product innovation strategy based on market analysis and customer needs.
- Collaborate with global teams to launch new products and services, driving business outcomes and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to simplify the product portfolio and increase demand for flagship products.
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the tire industry.
- Data analysis and storytelling to inform strategic decisions.
- Marketing knowledge from a product perspective, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and adaptable communication skills.
- Prioritization and execution agility to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and innovation.
