Driving Business Growth as a Senior Product Leader

The role involves driving product growth and customer experience through strategic planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A key requirement is to enhance lending solutions for the Defence community.
To succeed in this position, you'll need a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and experience in banking product management, particularly in lending (home loans, personal loans, and credit cards). Additionally, you should be well-versed in compliance with ACL, DDO, and Responsible Lending regulations.
As a senior product manager, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of lending and credit card products. You will work closely with product managers to understand financial needs and deliver innovative, compliant, and member-centric solutions.
