About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Manager to lead our Workplace Experience function across QLD and SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class workplace delivery models, managing facilities and services, and enhancing service delivery and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional workplace experience, including facilities, minor works, and workplace services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Oversee maintenance operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, landlords, and service contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in facilities management, workplace delivery, and property management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and network effectively.
  • Proven budget management and financial analysis skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Confident communicator with engaging presentation skills and active listening capability.
  • Passion for quality service delivery and ability to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Goal-oriented, with a focus on meeting performance targets and initiating improvement initiatives.
