Senior Director, Facilities

RealREPP is partnering with a forward-thinking commercial real estate owner/developer to find a seasoned Senior Director, Facilities. This organization is known for its innovative approach and stable growth, making it an exciting opportunity for a facilities management professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the functional capability of properties, maintenance, operation, and integrity of building systems.
  • Manage operations budgets and transition properties from development to operating phase.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Certification in facilities management is a plus.
  • At least 15 years of progressive facilities management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a facilities management team, maintenance staff, and contractors.
  • Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing design, and other building support systems.
  • Experience managing 24/7 operations with union and non-union staff.
  • Proven experience with sustainability and energy conservation programs in commercial or institutional buildings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial terms and principles related to facilities management.
