Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with all strategic and maintenance plans, asset condition reports, and sustainability practices.
  • Provide top-tier operational advice to executive management, shaping the facilities management and maintenance strategy.
  • Cultivate strong relationships and foster a collaborative team culture with staff and major service providers.
  • Lead the Parklands Services Agreement, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies, manage risks, and guide budget decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operations, collaborate on maintenance strategies, and prioritize safety and training needs.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for both operational and capital expenditures.
  • Mentor and inspire a diverse team, driving success across retail, car park, and parkland operations.
