Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the transformation in the construction industry.

This role empowers organisations to deliver projects on schedule and on budget, while boosting safety, productivity, and quality.

The ideal candidate will ensure clients unlock the full potential of this cloud-based platform and experience unmatched value.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the client journey including onboarding, training, ongoing support, and renewal.
  • Consult & support clients in implementing and adopting digital processes within their organisation.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Hold regular check-in calls, business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data of client touch points and report on client health.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application and how clients are using it.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and ensure customer feedback informs product development and feature prioritisation.
  • Improve the Client Success team through projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager in a construction technology SaaS company.
  • Experience in construction or construction technology.
  • End-to-end customer lifecycle experience, from onboarding to account management.
  • Ability to take initiative and get involved in every aspect of the business and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, using analytical skills to devise solutions that deliver business value.
  • Organised with a high attention to detail.
  • Process driven with the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
