Strategic Product Consultant

This role is part of our APAC team and involves working remotely from an Australian location or based in our Sydney office.

We're seeking a skilled professional to work with Implementation Managers to develop customers into Procore experts through training and consultation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in the construction industry, driving change through technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, transitioning into a fast-paced software advisory position.
  • Previous experience as Contracts Administrator, Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar with direct industry knowledge.

The successful candidate will have expertise in procurement, schedule/program, and construction financials, including managing contracts, budget, retention, progress claims, and variations. They should also be experienced in take-offs, estimates/proposals, tender/bid management, and contract negotiations.

This position involves:

  • Collaborating with Implementation Managers to develop customers into Procore experts through training and consultation.
  • Conducting group training sessions, both online and in-person, to educate customers on Procore tools.
  • Applying knowledge of the construction industry to improve customer business processes in Procore and across their entire organization.

Up to 30% travel may be required for this position, visiting customer sites, attending industry events, and visiting other Procore offices.
