About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients get the most out of our platform. This is an opportunity to work with industry giants and drive transformation in the construction industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to own the entire customer journey, from onboarding to renewal. You will consult and support clients in implementing and adopting our platform and digital processes within their organisation.
You will build and maintain positive client relationships as a trusted advisor, hold regular check-in calls, business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities. Accurate data of client touch points and reporting on client health are also essential tasks.
A comprehensive understanding of the application and how clients are using it is necessary for success. As a representative of the client, you will ensure their voice is heard internally and inform product development and feature prioritisation.
You will improve the Customer Success team through projects and initiatives, leveraging your analytical skills to devise solutions that deliver business value.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company, preferably in the construction technology sector.
- End-to-end customer lifecycle experience, from onboarding to account management.
- Ability to take initiative and be involved in every aspect of the business and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organised with a high attention to detail and process-driven.
