Branch Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Counter Team Member to join our team. As part of this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and information about products, as well as undertake tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and support
- Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate product information
- Operate a computer system and be happy to learn new systems
- Undertake various tasks including pick packing, stock control, and tidying the branch
- Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- The ability to work with computers and learn new systems
- A clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility to work varied shifts
