About the Role

This position plays a crucial part in supporting our Trade Counter team in Midvale. You'll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects, while ensuring the branch runs smoothly.

A typical day involves:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and product information.
  • Offering quotes both in person and over the phone.
  • Picking orders, maintaining shop floor displays, and ensuring accurate information provision.
  • Helping to keep the branch tidy and safe.
  • Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers.
  • Is comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems.
  • Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends.
  • Wants to develop their career within our network or head office.
