Job Summary

The Phone Sales / Store Person's role is to efficiently take branch sales phone calls and take control of the branch stores area maintaining a clean, tidy and safe environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time permanent Phone Sales / Store Person to join our team at JAS Oceania.  We are seeking a person who has a passion for customer service, willingness to learn and driven to reach business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to branch phone calls, assisting customers and Account Managers to maximise branch sales
  • Assist customers on the branch sales counter
  • Process Invoices, Credits and RMA's.
  • Receive and despatch goods / consign freight in a timely efficient manner.
  • Undertake Stock Counts.
  • Maintain goods, pallet racking and shelving in correct sequence and location.
  • Report incorrect stock levels to branch manager and other branches

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to work in a team to meet KPI's
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well presented
  • Automotive electrical parts sales, mechanical workshop or warehousing experience would be an advantage.
