The Branch Support Officer **(based in Belmont)** exists to provide administrative assistance to the branch network. By assisting the branches and Branch Managers in completing administration heavy tasks, branch staff will have an increased availability to focus activities on customer facing tasks and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
**Your new role awaits**:
- Lead our uncompromising Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships
- Collaboratively work with our branch network to assist and communicate updates relating to BSC tasks
- Investigate and provide customer resolutions for issues arising from disputed invoices as well as provide viable solutions to supplier rejected invoices
- Discuss and appropriately invoice excess hours charges with customers
- Perform all future branch administration duties, not identified in current scope
**About you**:
- Exceptional customer service and sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Extensive Customer service and administrative experience
