We're seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding and renewal of suppliers, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, seek resolution, and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and industry standards related to supplier management.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation for supplier updates, and maintain records in a systematic and organized manner.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience using Contract Management systems and managing contracts within a procurement function.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
