Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Operations team at Chullora. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting tender submissions for a diverse range of projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Enter and update projects into the estimate database.">
  • Unpack tender invitations, reviewing conditions, briefs, scopes, specifications, and other documentation.">
  • Perform take-offs and measure quantities.">
  • Prepare unit rates and pricing estimates.">
  • Negotiate tenders with clients.">
  • Hand over tenders to the production team.">
  • Assist the production team with follow-up queries during project execution.">
  • Assist with take-offs for large variations.">

What We're Looking For:

We require a candidate with tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Engineering, or a Certificate IV in Building Construction. Experience as an Estimator or Project Engineer is essential. Site or concrete structure experience is beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range ($80,000 - $110,000 per annum) depending on experience. You'll also have access to our SkillBuild learning platform, Employee Assistance Program, and a variety of support networks.
